LACNIC, the Association for the Progress of Communications (APC) and the Information Network for the Third Sector (RITS) are summoning a multistakeholder meeting, open to all interested parties, with the aim of identifying relevant issues and priorities for Latin America and the Caribbean that need to be included in the discussions and agenda of the Third Internet Governance Forum (IGF) that will meet at Hyderabad, India, in December 2008.
