Natalia Tariq is a grant writer at the Association for Progressive Communications. Prior to this, she was working as a programme officer at Open Society Foundations Pakistan, where she managed the Transparency and Accountability Programme, with a focus on right to information, fiscal transparency and community social audits. She had previously managed the Foundation’s Flood Relief and Rehabilitation Programme. She has a Masters degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, and a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University, USA.
Purpose of position
The purpose of the grant writer is to support APC’s operation’s director and management team in the writing, compilation and submission of grant proposals, as well as maintaining and developing the support systems and procedures needed for APC’s longer term resource mobilisation and financial resilience strategy.
