Federico comes from Uruguay and studied social communication. He is currently working on his thesis, about political communication and strategies and is also doing an internship with the APC. He works assisting the communications, media and promotions department and is in charge of the GISWatch distribution. Federico speaks English and Spanish fluently and also studied in Sweden for 7 months.
