APC at the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2023

The Association for Progressive Communications (APC) is organising for the upcoming annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF), which this year will take place in a hybrid format in Kyoto, Japan from 8-12 October 2023. This year's overarching theme across approximately 300 sessions is "The Internet We Want - Empowering All People", with eight sub-themes:
